Juan J. Diaz Mochón became CEO of DESTINA following the unexpected passing of Hugh Ilyine, co-founder and previous CEO of DESTINA. Juan worked with Hugh for more than 10 years as CSO of DESTINA. They worked in a true partnership with Juan managing all the scientific, research and technological activities of the company. He was responsible for on-time delivery of proof of concept studies, sign-off on experiments and scientific collaborations undertaken by the company, and the quality and performance of the company’s reagents and kits. Juan will continue Hugh’s legacy to enter into the commercialization of DESTINA technologies.
