Álvaro Carretero Tallón began his professional career in October 2023 through the Investigo Programme, working for two years at GENYO in the General Services and Flow Cytometry Unit. During this period, he gained experience in laboratory operations, maintenance of equipment and consumables and core principles of flow cytometry. In November 2025, Álvaro joined DESTINA as a Laboratory Technician. He supports daily laboratory activities, contributing to product development workflows and the execution of experimental procedures within the company’s R&D team.
